I stupidly signed up and was charged on the 8th day of the "free trial", got 2 of 3 games on the 9th day and the last game is still MIA! STAY WELL CLEAR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was charged during the "free trial" and after more than 15 emails, I only got 1 response which was copy and pasted from their terms of use, and funny enough actually supported MY ARGUEMENT but they are still refusing to return my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. None of my calls have been answered except for 1, by a guy who did not know what he was doing and had kids kicking and screaming in the background. I really dont understand how they can continue operating or why someone would even say on their review that their "customer services was helpful". Seriously?

Very reliable and fast delivery service with a wide collection of Games. Very good communication, fast to cater to any problems which I experienced. A *** higly reccomended, far better way then buying the damn games, saves you a fortune and so much choice.

No complaints thus far and I found Postbox customer service to be excellent when dealing with any problems that I have had. There will always be problems renting games online as everyone is reliant on the postal service to do their job correctly. The mark of a good company is how they deal with these problems and Postbox Games gets the thumbs up from me in that regard.

I was a member of postbox games for around 18 Months, I cancelled my membership in May after waiting around a month to get games sent trough een though I had around 10 in my list!!!, but Postboxgames.co.uk have started taking money from my account, in fact they decided to take 30 out for no apparent reason, So i got in contact with them an spoke to the owners wife and left a message to find no return call, I have left several emails and answer messages and still no reply and even worse no money!!!! I have now involved consumerdirect.

Thinking this site looked reputable I signed up for my free 10 day trial membership...no games received! I sent an email regarding technical issues i.e. the website kept logging me out so I couldn't add any games to my rental list, which to date I have received no reply to! I did manage to get two games on there but have not received either of them, or any correspondence. I am concerned after reading two similar reviews above so I am going to phone them asap and cancel my membership as they clearly aren't going to respond to my email!!

Some rental companys are great at taking your money, but these guys seem to really care about the customers. Fantastically fast delivery of games that you realy want, not the usual , "im sorry we dont have any in stock!". Real easy to use website and quick delivery makes Postbox Games one good place to rent from.

I signed up to the Postbox Games free trial period a few weeks ago, and I have been thoroughly impressed. The games you wish to rent are added to your "Game Park" and you are sent out the first game in your list, providing it is in stock. The packaging is secure, and it is very easy to send games back. The value for money is excellent at 9.99 per month, much better than spending 50 on a game only to decide it is not for you.

Simply Outstanding!!! I was with another movie and game rental company till I gave these a go and it was the best decision I made. Customer Service is fast and efficient, great value for money. The site layout is simple and easy to move around and not once in 6 months have I ever had to wait for a game to be sent. Upon receiving it is normally 30 mins to an hour before my next titles ae shipped out. Couldn't ask for a better site and improving all the time.

Use them at your peril. I cancelled within the trial period as games were slow to be sent out, and met all their T&C's so as to not be charged. Checked my credit card statement the following week... no charge.
Great, I thought. However, exactly one month after the trial started they decided they were going to charge me for a months rental without explaination. Sent them an email; no response. Sent them a second email; no response. Phoned them up and got through to what sounded like a residential address (telephone was answered with just a "hello?" and I could hear kids screaming in the background) and was promised someone would call me back; they never did. Phoned a few days later, and once more got through to what sounded like someone's home address; again, promised a call back that never happened. Got bored being messed around so contacted my credit card company to refund my money. Still to this day I've not had an email or phone call.
Highly unprofessional and, were it not for me spotting the charge to my credit card, they'd also have gotten away with taking money they weren't due. In a word, AVOID.
