Some rental companys are great at taking your money, but these guys seem to really care about the customers. Fantastically fast delivery of games that you realy want, not the usual , "im sorry we dont have any in stock!". Real easy to use website and quick delivery makes Postbox Games one good place to rent from.

I signed up to the Postbox Games free trial period a few weeks ago, and I have been thoroughly impressed. The games you wish to rent are added to your "Game Park" and you are sent out the first game in your list, providing it is in stock. The packaging is secure, and it is very easy to send games back. The value for money is excellent at 9.99 per month, much better than spending 50 on a game only to decide it is not for you.

Simply Outstanding!!! I was with another movie and game rental company till I gave these a go and it was the best decision I made. Customer Service is fast and efficient, great value for money. The site layout is simple and easy to move around and not once in 6 months have I ever had to wait for a game to be sent. Upon receiving it is normally 30 mins to an hour before my next titles ae shipped out. Couldn't ask for a better site and improving all the time.

Use them at your peril. I cancelled within the trial period as games were slow to be sent out, and met all their T&C's so as to not be charged. Checked my credit card statement the following week... no charge.
Great, I thought. However, exactly one month after the trial started they decided they were going to charge me for a months rental without explaination. Sent them an email; no response. Sent them a second email; no response. Phoned them up and got through to what sounded like a residential address (telephone was answered with just a "hello?" and I could hear kids screaming in the background) and was promised someone would call me back; they never did. Phoned a few days later, and once more got through to what sounded like someone's home address; again, promised a call back that never happened. Got bored being messed around so contacted my credit card company to refund my money. Still to this day I've not had an email or phone call.
Highly unprofessional and, were it not for me spotting the charge to my credit card, they'd also have gotten away with taking money they weren't due. In a word, AVOID.

i recently joined postbox and recieved nothing in the first 10 days of the free trial despite 3 emails. i then rang the help line number to find it answered by the wife of the guy running the site who seemed to have no idea who i was and had to take down all my details and still i hear nothing. i have had to cancel the membership via my credit card as the site want you to email them as if they will bother with that. everyone beware!!!

After checking various rental sites for XBOX 360 games I came across Postbox Games, the simplicity of the site to navigate immediately made a good impression with me, as lets face it there's nothing worse then trawling through a site trying to find what you are looking for and ending back at the home page non-the-wiser, something this site didn't do. My game turned up the next day well packaged with clear return instructions.
I have since been back and have added more games to my game park. In my opinion the customer service appears to be paramount with these guys, I will continue to use Postbox Games for a few more months to see if they continue with their excellent start. Well worth checking out!

I have just finished my first month of full Postbox Games membership and am pleased to report that the service has continued to be as good as it was during the free trial - I seem to get my top choices most of the time and they arrive quickly. I thought one had gone missing in the post but it did turn up eventually and Postbox Games were really good about it when I contacted them about it - didn't charge me for it straight away without my permission or anything as I've heard some companies do.

I joined Postbox Games last month after previously being with Swap Game and Gametart. I have been happily surprised at their quick turnaround and games selection. Generally I regularly get my top games, their games selection and website are far superior than the rest.
Customer service is quick and friendly. The best outfit by far... Give them a try and you will see what I am talking about

I tried Gametart in the past and although they specialise in PSP games I ended up coming back to Postbox Games as their service is far better and the range of PSP games available the same. They may not be 100% perfect, but I would definitely recommend them as the biggest and best video game rental company currently around.

What can i say that has not already been said. Would not listen to the others about not being able to canx etc.. i bet its a load of rubbish and they are not real problems. I signed up about a month ago and have so far got all of my games really quick and they have the BEST customer service in the world! TOP SITE & TOP SERVICE!

Not had a single problem with them since i joined over four months ago. i always get a response from customer support within 12hrs of sending an email. I agree with Paul & Mike on what they say aswell. Great service A+

I agree with Lian, keep away from this company, i am in a fix as it is now, they sent out the game fast, after playing, i posted the game back and my account still shows i have the game on me. i have sent several e-mails and there are no replies. they have the worst customer service in the world.

I agree with Iain, they dont reply to emails, I recieved the 1st game about a week after joining then they claimed to send more out and couldnt provide proof of postage but still insisted that I needed to provide a proof of posting that I returned the game that I never recieved or pay £50.

Great user friendly site and the customer service has been top notch. The game turn around is very quick most of the times but on the odd occasion i have experienced a delay of a few days. But all in all a very good service.

Been using Postbox Games for almost 4 months now and have not had any problems with them so far. Games get sent really fast, great selection and the customer service is great!, I get a response from them within 24hrs of sending an e-mail. Maybe Iain used a hotmail account and we all know what problems that can cause with e-mails being marked as spam!
