what can i say, there is not one bad thing to say about this service, i often found that i could post games back and have my next game that same week, the customer service is exceptional all emails are answered and always informed when you games have been received or dispatched and as for the price considering the likes of blockbuster will charge 5 for TWO nights its an absolute steal and with no late fees. All that together with the selection of games on offer you have one awsome rental service so if your thinking about joining, dont think just join you wont regret it! :D

What an excellent all round service, I cannot ask for any better. After trying a number of well known rental services a friend directed me to Gameflirt and I was not disappointed. Games are sent out in a timely fashon, you usually get what you want and when you want it particularly new releases (you get when they are released) Gameflirt have manged to get me every new release I have asked for the very day after it had been released. A great service from a company that know the disappointment of not receiving the games you want when you want them, with the reliability of PLAY.com when it comes to delivery and speed. Keep up the good work.

First I will say the website is great, easy to navigate and everything is crystal clear. Now for the service -
Cant say Im impressed to be honest. The turn around on games is very slow and my first impressions of their customer service was very poor. I basically asked them about the 10 day free trial and the fact that with posting it would actually turn out to be a 5 day free trial (as they dont seem to deliver next day so with the weekend there was a delay) Instead of a straight answer I got an email stating the game I was getting.....As if to say here is your game now stop complaining....To be quite honest I would not have minded if their answer had been - " Im sorry but your free trial starts when you sign up and we take no responsibility for delivery times" - but to actually not answer a straight question was not on.
10 day free trial is not enough with gameflirts slow turnaround but Im sure they realise that. The games I have received have been from the middle to bottom of my list of choices and after a month I am yet to see my top 4. Still if you create a list you need to be sure you want to play them so Im not too bothered by what I have got.
It has just been the very slow turnaround, poor free trial and an experience of low quality customer service that I am bothered about.
I have given an average rating for an average service.

I tried a couple of rental sites out before finally settling on Gameflirt. Their customer service is excellent and my emails have always been met with quick, friendly and helpful responses. Recent updates to both their site and the packaging which they send games in have only improved this already great service.

I have been rented from Gameflirt for nearly 18 months now and to be honest they are excellent! The turnaround time is, in my opinion fantastic - for example I can send a game back on a Monday and have another game posted through my letter box as early as Wednesday (sometimes new releases take longer).
I would not hesitate recommending Gameflirt to anyone, as their website is easy to navigate, they have one of the best selection of games available, and the customer service is second to none.

Poor Service, have joined put in my correct DELIVERY address and then recieved no games. However they have wasted my time "attempting" to resolve the issue but not doing anything at all other than blame everyone but themselves.

Been with them 3 months now, never recieved 1 top priority title and usually have to wait more than 10 days for them to turnaround a title.Needless to say i will be cancelling my subscription before next months due date.
On the plus side, site was easy to use but thats about the only good thing i can say about them.

I went to Game flirt from Swapgame because of the poor service I received from Swapgame.
I have been very disappointed with Gameflirt. I only ever received one out of my priority list in the three months i have been with them and the games I did receive were all launch titles I put in to bulk out my list (and were set at a low priority).
On the plus side turnaround of games has been good with no scratched or damaged discs.

I have tried this website for the last few months. Of the games I have received half were scratched and would not play. The time taken to receive games and send new games out was acceptable but not great, usually around about a week. The Web design is functional and works with good search options, It was easy enough to change game plans and to cancel so no problem there. Overall I have canceled my account as I don't think it is value for money. Admittedly I haven't tried any of the competitors so this might be as good as it gets.

The first thing about Gameflirt is that the trial isn't that long.
If you just want to try them, you have to remember to get the games back to them in plenty of time so you're not charged a month. Given this, you only really get to rent one set of games. I signed up on a Wednesday night and the games arrived Saturday; slower than some others like Lovefilm that arrived on the Friday.
The site has three levels (high, medium and low), this doesn't work as well as the ranked number system some other sites use (Boomerang Rentals, Swap Game). The two games I was sent were both on my list as the medium (default) level. Not so bad, but the discs were really scratched and dirty...one wouldn't play at first and needed a lot of cleaning. I'm not saying all games are like this, but Crackdown was only a couple of months old. Other renters obviously aren't as careful as you should be.
The price isn't really anything special..it's in line with other rental sites.
The site is designed well and fast. Unlike Gameswap that has a nice site, but it can be slow. Have no experience of Gameflirt's customer service.

Excellent in every department. Each time i reserved a game, the game was on my doorstop on the day of release! So i had the game before the shops even opened!
Any queries are dealt with personally within a matter of hours. This in itself doesn't sound like much, but it's a nice touch compared with other sites that just send out automated pre-written garbage. Score= 10/10

I have been with flirtrental for several months now having cancelling my game rental account with Lovefilm and what a great decision that was. I have nothing but praise for the guys at flirtrental, they are efficient in delivery, work all hours of the day answering queries themselves rather than having an automated system or bored customer service reps to do it for them.
They really do go that extra mile to make sure your interests are looked after. There are always going to be problems wherever you go, but at flirtrental they help you rather than look for ways to make money from you. I wouldn't be able to tell you though how easy it would be to cancel if you wanted to move on for the obvious reason that I'm not going anywhere. With flirtrental I know I'm not looked at as a cash pot but as a gamer, with gaming needs that are delivered efficiently.

Excellent Service, the guy who runs it is really friendly - you actually get to talk to a person instead of a machine. Their current site is good, but I have had a sneak peak of their new site and it looks stunning - you're in for a big surprise! Value is also excellent for xbox 360 games.

Game Flirt is a company that you can be sure to have quality customer service, i say this because in the first 4 days of me signing up i didnt get a single game. you may say this is bad however the man in charge did his best to help me and on the 4th day i was sent a game that was released on that day! no joke, the game came out that day and was sent to me. this is what i call customer service, you shouldnt even need a free trial just go for the deal of 3 for 2 months and get going, you will not doubt be happy. Make this number one company!

We've just joined flirtrental.co.uk and am extremely impressed with their customer service. I had a couple of questions which I emailed and I received a reply within a couple of hours - very unusual for a business site! Our first two games arrived the day after we signed up!

What a great great service this site offers. I have tried other sites before and the turnaround is normally a week for a game, but Game Flirt's turnaround is a couple of days max ! Amzing speed, brilliant customer service as well. Only very very small bad thing is the site could be better, I have found it asks me to log in several times when browsing different pages. Small niggle though.

The service is so far the best I have seen and certainly used. Before signing up I looked around the net at the others and read what people were saying in forums and such like and it seems this is the only service that will call you to check everything is ok. I had trouble signing up at first at Simon the head man himself gave me a ring. That is the kind of service you want from a comapany you are giving money to monthly so I think I'm getting my moneys worth. I got my first game the day after I signed up aswell, can't say fairer then that. There is also a forum on their websitee where you can suggest things that could be implemented to the service and good suggestions actually get used rather then discarded! Genius! I love the service and I don't think anyone interested in renting games would regret taking the service up!

Before I joined, I sent flirtrental an e-mail with general queries about their service, I was very impressed to get a reply to my e-mail 14 minutes later...I had to e-mail them again as a game they had dispatched to me did not arrive but was returned back to them (the address label had been torn off so royal mail delivered to the return address), I got a reply to that e- mail 25 minutes later with their apologies and was told Hitman: Blood Money would be dispatched later that day (which it was), which I have received today... So their customer service is excellent, they send out new games quickly and It's nice to know that there is a forum so you can get an idea (before you sign up) how good flirtrental is...I would recommend flirtrental to anyone who was looking to rent xbox360, psp and ps3 games...

They have a decent choice of games and a really speedy delivery service. The games I ordered were sent next day. Fed up with making a list of titles to rent that means nothing to your rental company 'cos you just don't get the games you want? Game Flirt seem to have hit the nail on the head and are a rare thing in rental, 'cos they send the games you want(not the games nobody else wants)on the same day they receive the one you send back. Buying's for mugs, I've played all the new releases I've wanted to near to (or on) day of release. Game Flirt delivers!!!

Me and my brother (James) recently purchased an Xbox 360 together. With me being at school and not earning a solid wage, I couldnt really afford to pay for games, as at the moments they are considerably expensive.
Thats when one of my friends recommended FlirtRental. Initially I was skeptical, and I viewed other sources first with names that I knew, and eventually I registered for the FlirtRental 14 day trial, however I made a mistake when inputting my card details.
This is when FlirtRental really came through. They called me offering their help, without any prompting from me, and they talked me through it. When I messed it up again, I was on the brink of giving up due to my computer playing about. Again, the guys from FlirtRental added me to MSN Messenger to talk me through it, without me asking. Now I am happily registered and I talk to the guys regularly.
I cannot stress just how great FlirtRental are. Their prices are very competitive, and the community there is second to none. It doesnt feel like a business, it feels like a collection of like minded gamers. We are starting to arrange games and competitions within the members. Its a great feeling there, and I can only see things getting better.

After checking various rental sites for XBOX 360 games I came across Game Flirt, the simplicity of the site to navigate immediately made a good impression with me, as lets face it there's nothing worse then trawling through a site trying to find what you are looking for and ending back at the home page non-the-wiser, something this site didn't do.
Registration is a doddle, payment is via Pay Pal and the offer of a 5 week rental for £9.99 is attractive. My game turned up the next day well packaged with clear return instructions. I have since been back and have added more games to my wishlist. In my opinion customer service appears to be paramount with these guys, I will continue to use Game Flirt for a few more months to see if they continue with their excellent start. Well worth checking out!!
