Choices UK ceased trading in games rental in mid-2006; we keep this review as it was for posterity.

Choices UK is yet another new Lovefilm affiliate. Just as with Lovefilm they offer DVD-only rental packages and a DVD/Game rental package with the latter giving you the flexibility to rent games, DVDs or both as you wish but being more expensive than the DVD-only rental packages.

The range of titles and set-up mimic Lovefilm as you might expect. There is little to tell the two websites and their services apart. The similarity in system begs the question--why go with the Choices UK middleman at all, why not stick with the parent company, Lovefilm?

They currently only offer games for PS2 and PSP and also do UMD films for PSP.

Prices:Choices UK is rather more expensive than most rental companies and offers just the one games rental packages of 2 games/DVDs at-a-time for £16.99 per month. We can see little that justifies the additional cost relative to the other sites, so have marked them down on this basis.

Please note if you have already had a free trial with Lovefilm or another of its affiliates you are unlikely to be eligible for a Choices UK free trial.
